JUSTIN GAMACHE TO RECEIVE PRIVATE DEVELOPER AWARD

20TH ANNUAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION AWARDS

Presented by the Manchester Historic Association

Congratulations to Justin Gamache of Gamache Enterprises for winning the Private Development Award!

The event will be held at the Raddison in Manchester, tonight, commencing at 5 pm.

Justin will be receiving the award for his restoration of 282 Prospect Street.

"For restoration of the historic house at 282 Prospect Street. This Queen-Anne Style house with Italianate features was built around 1890 by a tailor named William Hadcock. When the house was extensively renovated in 2011, many of the original elements, particularly the varied and elaborate woodwork on the exterior, plus moldings and staircases in the interior, were preserved with care. The carriage house was made structurally sound, and the grounds were improved. The Manchester Historic Association operates the Millyard Museum at 200 Bedford Street." - Manchester Historical Association Press Release
